Our group fitness schedule is built to work for everyone, offering a wide range of drop-in classes included with full membership. Whether you enjoy the motivation of an instructor or the camaraderie of training alongside others, our self-paced classes allow you to control the intensity of your workout, with instructors available to answer any questions. Classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with in-person sign-up at the trainer desk beginning 15 minutes before each session.
For those seeking individualized support, our highly qualified personal trainers each holding a university degree in Kinesiology or a related field along with nationally and internationally recognized certifications provide expert guidance in exercise prescription and testing.
